क्यों बदनाम कर दिया तुमने हमें,
अपनी ही शहर और गली में।

बदनाम ही करना था तो करती,
किसी दूसरे शहर और गली में।

बदनाम तो तुमनें किया,
मगर हम कैसे जाएं अपने गली में।

क्योंकि पता चल गया गली वालों को,
तो मेरा मज़ाक बन जायेगा अपनी ही गली में।

फिलहाल तो पता नहीं चला हैं गली वालों को,
इसलिए किसी तरह जिंदगी गुजर रही हैं अपनी ही गली में।

मगर जिस दिन पता चल गया इन गली वालों को,
जीना मुश्किल हो जाएगा मेरा अपनी ही गली में।।
